Fourth Uniform Unveiled in 2017
The Cleveland Cavaliers unveiled their fourth uniform from the NBA Nike Collection in 2017, the City Edition. This uniform completed the Cavs' uniform set, which also includes the Icon, Association, and Statement Edition uniforms.
Design and Inspiration
The City Edition uniform pays homage to the city of Cleveland and its blue-collar roots. The jersey features a navy blue base with white and gold trim. The chest is adorned with the Cleveland Cavaliers logo, while the back features the player's name and number in white and gold lettering.
The shorts feature a similar design, with a navy blue base and white and gold stripes down the sides. The shorts also feature the Cavs logo on the left leg.
Availability
The official Cavs City Edition jerseys from Nike and Fanatics Authentic are available in all sizes, colors, and styles. Fans can purchase these jerseys from the Cavs team store, the Nike website, or other authorized retailers.
The Cavs plan to wear the City Edition uniform for select games throughout the 2022-2023 season. These games will be announced at a later date.
